The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in late and even giving us an early check-in on our first day. The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to Little India. The hotel room has unique decor that is definitely Instagram-worthy and they offer a frigde for storage. The hotel staff made efforts to greet guests upon arrival.

The facilities and service provided to guests are of very poor quality.

The hotel's central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good TV channels, and perfect bath heater made for a great stay. Convenient parking for motorist.

We had a lovely romantic escape and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two complimentary drinks from the bar were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The room was also very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

There were some negatives to our stay that should be mentioned. The breakfast service was very disorganized, and it took a long time to get served.

The Great Madras By Hotel Calmo was a pleasant surprise. the location was superb, with Bugis MRT and plenty of food options just a short walk away. Additionally, the attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a good start to the day. this hotel offered great value for money, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities.
